The spacious main compartment features an adjustable drawstring opening for quick access to treats or small toys while helping keep the contents secure. A separate zipped pocket provides a convenient place for keys, cards, a small wallet or other personal belongings.

The built-in waste bag dispenser helps ensure you are prepared when walking your dog. Made from durable, water-resistant Oxford cloth, the pouch is dirt resistant and easy to wipe clean after outdoor use. A reflective strip helps improve visibility in low-light conditions. It should be used alongside suitable reflective clothing, lights and other appropriate nighttime safety equipment.

Care Instructions
Empty the pouch before cleaning. Wipe with a damp cloth and allow it to dry completely before storing. Regularly inspect the clip, drawstring and stitching for wear or damage. Dog treats and waste bags are not included unless specifically stated.
Shipping
We deliver Australia-wide, with free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more. Orders are generally dispatched from our Australian supplier warehouses within 1–2 business days after payment and stock confirmation.
Tracking details will be emailed when your order is dispatched. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate deliveries. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product and the courier. Remote areas may take longer, and some couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Opened packages, bulk purchases and certain health, safety or hygiene-related products cannot be returned for change of mind.
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or with missing parts, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. Please do not return or dispose of the product until we provide instructions. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
