Cleaner Paws at Home and on the Road
Add a small amount of lukewarm water to the cup, carefully insert one paw and gently rotate the cleaner. Remove the paw and dry it thoroughly with a clean pet towel before repeating with the remaining paws. After use, rinse the cleaner thoroughly with fresh water.

Important Safety Information
Use lukewarm water only and introduce the cleaner gradually if your pet is unfamiliar with having its paws handled. Do not use on paws with open wounds, swelling or visible irritation. Stop immediately if your pet shows discomfort. Do not use harsh household cleaning products inside the cup. Rinse after every use and dry your pet’s paws thoroughly, including between the toes.
Shipping
We deliver Australia-wide, with free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more. Orders are generally dispatched from our Australian supplier warehouses within 1–2 business days after payment and stock confirmation.
Tracking details will be emailed when your order is dispatched. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate deliveries. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product and the courier. Remote areas may take longer, and some couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Opened packages, bulk purchases and certain health, safety or hygiene-related products cannot be returned for change of mind.
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or with missing parts, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. Please do not return or dispose of the product until we provide instructions. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
