Food and Water Wherever You Go
Expand the bowl fully before adding your pet’s food or clean drinking water. After use, empty and rinse the bowl, then allow it to dry completely before collapsing and storing it. Always ensure your dog has access to fresh water, particularly during warm weather and longer trips. Inspect the bowl regularly for signs of wear, splitting or damage and discontinue use if damaged. This product is intended as a feeding accessory and should not be given to your pet as a chew toy.
Shipping
We deliver Australia-wide, with free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more. Orders are generally dispatched from our Australian supplier warehouses within 1–2 business days after payment and stock confirmation.
Tracking details will be emailed when your order is dispatched. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate deliveries. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product and the courier. Remote areas may take longer, and some couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Opened packages, bulk purchases and certain health, safety or hygiene-related products cannot be returned for change of mind.
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or with missing parts, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. Please do not return or dispose of the product until we provide instructions. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
