Installation and care
Position the hammock across the rear seating area and attach the straps around the appropriate headrests. Check every buckle and attachment point before travelling. Remove loose hair with a vacuum and wipe the fabric with a damp cloth as required. Allow it to dry completely before storing.
Travel safety: The straps and buckles are designed to secure the cover—not your pet. This product is not a crash-tested restraint. Always secure your dog separately using an appropriate vehicle restraint, crate or cargo barrier.
Please allow a 1–3cm measurement variation. Colour may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.
Shipping
We deliver Australia-wide, with free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more. Orders are generally dispatched from our Australian supplier warehouses within 1–2 business days after payment and stock confirmation.
Tracking details will be emailed when your order is dispatched. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate deliveries. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product and the courier. Remote areas may take longer, and some couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Opened packages, bulk purchases and certain health, safety or hygiene-related products cannot be returned for change of mind.
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or with missing parts, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. Please do not return or dispose of the product until we provide instructions. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
