Important Safety Information
This product protects vehicle upholstery but is not a crash restraint. Dogs should be secured separately using an appropriately fitted vehicle restraint or travel crate in accordance with its manufacturer’s instructions and applicable laws. Ensure the cover does not obstruct seatbelts, airbags, doors or the driver’s view. Check all straps and attachment points before every journey.
Shipping
We deliver Australia-wide, with free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more. Orders are generally dispatched from our Australian supplier warehouses within 1–2 business days after payment and stock confirmation.
Tracking details will be emailed when your order is dispatched. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate deliveries. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product and the courier. Remote areas may take longer, and some couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Eligible products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Opened packages, bulk purchases and certain health, safety or hygiene-related products cannot be returned for change of mind.
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or with missing parts, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. Please do not return or dispose of the product until we provide instructions. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
